Payment is required at the time of booking or service delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. Royal Membership Terms
Membership Fees: Royal Memberships are billed monthly as agreed upon at sign-up.
Benefits: Benefits (such as discounts or vouchers) are exclusive to the member and non-transferable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership anytime, but partial refunds are not provided.
5. Training Courses & Events
Eligibility: You must be 16+ to participate in professional beauty training.
Deposits & Payments: Course bookings may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior.
Certification: Successful completion of coursework and practical assessments is required for certification.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse training or event attendance for any reason, including disruptive behaviour.
6. Your Rights
All content on our website and training materials, including text, images, logos, and videos, are the property of Holistic Kingdom by Queen of the Land and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
